Where do our flowers come from?
Our flowers are sourced from suppliers and growers throughout Australia. It’s always about getting the best flowers we can!
What happens if no-one’s home when the order is delivered?
If there is safe and sheltered to leave your flowers, the courier will do so. We may also attempt to call or text you to ensure the recipient finds it when they get home. If there is no sheltered space to safely leave them, we will bring it back to our studio until re-delivery or collection can be arranged (re-delivery may incur an additional fee).
Can I order online for pickup?
Yes you can. Pick up is by appointment only within studio hours. You will need to call 0417 607 582 to arrange a time for your collection.
where do you deliver?
Please check that the recipient’s address is in our delivery area. Our delivery area includes Renmark, Paringa, Berri, Monash, Lyrup, Barmera, and Loxton.
Do I have to buy online?
No, the online shop is simply to make it easier for people who prefer to buy that way. Feel free to phone us on 0417 607 582 if you prefer to discuss your order.
What if I’ve given the wrong address?
Incorrect information which leads to the need for re-delivery may result in an extra fee being charged. Please provide full and accurate information.
What hours do we deliver and what is the deadline?
For same day delivery, flowers will need to be ordered by 10.30 am. We endeavour to deliver to all business addresses will be delivered by 5pm & residential addresses by 6pm. By requesting delivery you agree that the word of our courier shall be enough to confirm delivery.
Will my flowers look the same as the product I ordered?
As flowers are seasonal and not all flowers are available all year round. This means your product may vary from the picture of our products. We will always do our best to substitute flowers of the same colour, style or variety and value if something is out of stock or not in season. If we have too much difficulty to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss further options.
Do we do wedding packages?
Yes, we cater to Riverland Weddings however we do not offer set packages. We know that you’re unique and are happy to give you an individual quote. See our weddings page for more info or email georgie@renmarkflowerhouse.com with your ideas.
When are we open?
Our online store is open all the time and orders can be placed 24/7. Phone orders can be placed between 9am-3pm Tues-Fri. We do not have a physical storefront.
Why do the prices of flowers vary?
As flowers are fresh produce just like fruit or vegetables, the prices vary due to the season, the time of year and supply and demand. We aim to always stock flowers that are in their best season, reasonably priced and the best quality. If flowers are not in season they can occasionally be offered out of their season and the price will reflect this.
How long will my flowers last?
Caring for fresh flowers
1. Fill the vase with room temperature water
2. Remove the protective wrap keeping the flowers tied as arranged
3. Cut approx. 2cm from the bottom of the stems on a sharp angle
4. Remove any excess leaves that will sit in the water.
5. Avoid direct sunlight, heaters and air conditioners and fans.
6. In 3 days’ time re-cut the stems and change the water
Caring for self-contained arrangements - If your arrangement is in water, follow the above steps
1. Check the arrangement daily to ensure the oasis is moist
2. If the oasis is dry add approx. ½ cup of room temperature water
3. If your arrangement is in a box, please ensure you water inside the plastic paper or container as to avoid damaging the box.
Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioners and fans.
